CLR is an informal network of colleagues,
bound together by a desire for excellence across the entire spectrum
of leadership.
CLR is unique in its design—a small core organization that expands
its ranks as needed to fulfill individual client needs. Each CLR colleague
brings his or her own particular expertise, talent, background, experience
and specialty to the network. The network represents an optimum blending

Katherine
Brennan is John O’Neil’s partner in CLR’s day-to-day
functions and activities. With a diverse background including a decade
in San Francisco broadcast public affairs, Katherine’s key
strength is as a communicator. She is integral to CLR’s people-connecting
and information-sharing activities. Katherine also has a gift for
the written word coupled with a keen editorial eye, and collaborates
with John on his articles and books.
Katherine also manages CLR’s
website and keeps the organization’s
administrative wheels turning smoothly. |

Judith
Cohen and partner Jim Hall lead
CoMotion Corporation, a new
breed of consulting firm specializing in strategic marketing and
employee communications. By combining the promotional power of external
marketing and branding methods with the deep understanding of the
internal dynamics of organizations, CoMotion has helped some of
the world’s largest and fastest growing companies transform
the way they do business. Among other assignments, CoMotion is currently
supporting CLR’s work with Public Affairs Management. |

Doorley co-founded Braxton Associates (now the highly successful
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu global strategy practice), and is both
an entrepreneur and a senior advisor to leadership teams across
a global spectrum of clients. Based in Boston, Tom is co-founder,
Chairman & CEO of
Sage Partners,
a versatile firm devoted to meeting the strategic and leadership
development needs of established
and emerging companies alike. |

Margaret
Downs's
career has spanned management consulting, private equity, general
management
and public policy. Currently she leads Downs & Associates LLC
in New York, a practice she founded in 1997 to advise clients in
the information and services sectors on strategic and organizational
issues. Margaret has collaborated on several CLR client projects
and is currently helping create a leadership development program
for Asset Management Advisors, a division of SunTrust Bank. |

Lori Ogden Moore,
a highly successful advertising / marketing veteran who is now turning
her talents and experience towards professional coaching, Lori has
an AB from Stanford, earned her MBA at Yale, and recently completed
Georgetown University’s leadership coaching program. She brings
tremendous creative energy to client assignments, with a focus on
leadership development workshops. Lori most recently collaborated
on a CLR workshop for future health care leaders sponsored by the
U.C.S.F. Center for Health Professions. |

Chris Morgan,
a transplanted Brit who runs a lively human capital practice, Morgan
Alexander, has a particular talent for crafting feedback loops to
help organizations assess and improve leadership performance. Chris
is also a seasoned leadership coach, and is gifted at uncovering
hidden leadership talent by helping senior executives integrate
hard-headed business perspective with the people skills needed to
promote organizational growth and change. He has been active in
CLR’s work with Blum Capital Partners. |

Niels Nielsen,
based in Europe and the U.S., Niels holds a Masters in Philosophy
with a specialization in the theory of knowledge. He ran one of Europe’s
largest professional service firms, and presently serves on numerous
boards in the U.S. and Europe. Niels is currently guiding a large
and complex merger in the European finance sector, and is supporting
CLR in its work with Asset Management Advisors. |

Ned Rollhaus earned
his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School. A skilled
financial analyst with solid venture capital, investment banking
and start-up experience, Ned has most recently supported CLR in its
ongoing work with LeaderMetrics, assisting in the development of
the methodology and strategic plan. Ned is based in San Francisco
and is a Level 2 Candidate for the CFA designation. |
